The Magic of Self-Compassion

Hello Loves,

I am happy to be here connecting with you again. 🥰

And today, I am being led to talk with you about self-compassion and how it will help you in your business.

This is all part of giving yourself the freedom to be who you truly are and to stop trying to fit into some idea of who you ought to be.

It really came up strongly for me over the weekend.

You see I had definite plans to do some overdue work on my website. But when it came time to do it, I had a lot of resistance. I just didn’t want to do it.

And so, I took a pause and felt under that resistance and realized that my body and my being needed to do something different. I needed to have some fun and relax.

There’s where the choice point shows up. You see I really need to get this done so I can move onto other things I  have scheduled. But I also needed to rest and savor.

Now, some will tell you…just do it, push through the resistance, or you have to stay on your plan.

I am here to say that being compassionate with yourself, letting yourself have the space to breathe, giving yourself what is needed in the moment will serve you and your business.

You see, you CAN make yourself do it and you CAN get it done but at what cost? Will you do your best work this way?

And what kind of energy are you bringing to your results…a feeling of efforting when you it could have been (at another time) one of joy and satisfaction.

I am asking you to be kind to yourself and remember that your business exists to serve you.

Yes, have a plan and then be flexible, be responsive to the present moment and be compassionate with yourself.

How much more peace will you have in your life and bring to your business when you practice self-compassion? This is a way to easy prosperity.

And lastly:

Where can you be more compassionate, loving and caring to yourself? And in the end bring that energy to your business?
